Households of Faith – Small Group Study

Barna Group is a research and resource organization used by many Christian ministries to help gain insight and helpful strategies for spreading the Gospel at a time when faith and culture seem to be at odds with each other.

Utilizing Barna Group data, Lutheran Hour Ministries has produced Households of Faith, a four-session video study to help households apply three core habits that foster a spiritually vibrant household. These are

  1. applying spiritual disciplines;
  2. extending hospitality; and
  3. engaging in spiritual conversations.

Making our households more hospitable toward outsiders is a challenge. In the Households of Faith video study, you’ll learn that by applying spiritual disciplines, extending hospitality, and engaging in spiritual conversations we can transform our households into more open and engaging places. With Scriptures verses, family testimonies, and research to reinforce these key objectives, this user-friendly resource can help make any household a place where God’s love is shared, and people are encouraged to learn more about Jesus.
